Project Title: Supporting Public Procurement Reform in Ukraine

Client: EU Delegation to Ukraine and Ministry of Economy of Ukraine | Duration:2021–2023 | Value: €2.64 million | Funding: European Union

Eurosupport assisted Ukraine in reforming its public procurement (PP) system in line with EU standards. The project supported the Government’s PP reform roadmap, involving institutions at all levels, including the Ministry of Economy – Public Procurement Department, the e-procurement system Prozorro, Centralized Procurement Bodies (CPBs), Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), Accounting Chamber of Ukraine (ACU) and State Audit Services (SAS).

The project focused on:
  • Aligning Ukraine’s PP legislation with EU directives and international trade frameworks
  • Strengthening institutional capacities of the Ministry of Economy and subordinated PP bodies
  • Enhancing the e-procurement system and reinforcing oversight, audit, and complaint-handling institutions for greater transparency and accountability
  • Supporting the professionalization of procurement experts and strengthening outreach to stakeholders in the procurement market

Eurosupport supported the alignment of Ukraine’s public procurement system with EU standards, fostering transparency, fair competition, and stronger governance.

Strengthening Capacities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Stakeholders to Access Bank Financing and Services in Bangladesh

Project Title: Strengthening Capacities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Stakeholders to Access Bank Financing and Services in Bangladesh

Client: Bangladesh Bank and Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation | Duration: 2019–2021 | Value: US$ 1.78 million | Funding: Asian Development Bank

Eurosupport contributed to improving access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh. The project supported the Asian Development Bank’s SME Development Program by strengthening key institutions and building sustainable support structures for entrepreneurs.

The project focused on:

  • Establishing business incubation facilities and SME clusters
  • Supporting women entrepreneurship through training and policy tools
  • Enhancing the financial and managerial capacities of Bangladesh Bank and the SME Foundation
  • Building systems for monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking

Our support helped create a more enabling environment for SME financing and development, fostering inclusive economic growth and entrepreneurship in Bangladesh.

United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement and Global Value Chains – Impact for EU Companies

Project Title: United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement and Global Value Chains – Impact for EU Companies

Client: Delegation of the European Union to the United States | Duration: 2024 -2025 | Value: € 556,000 | Funding: European Commission

Eurosupport contributed to improving the implementation of EU trade agreements with Canada and Mexico. The project also strengthened the knowledge base for future EU trade initiatives with the US and North America.

The project focuses on:

  • Mapping North American supply chains and EU key investment drivers in North America
  • Assessing the potential impact of North American FTA changes and related domestic policies on EU trade and investment flows
  • Identifying practical opportunities to improve EU market access and business prospects in North America

Our support helped create a more enabling environment for implementing EU trade agreements in North America and fostered new opportunities for EU companies in the region.

Project Title: Strategic Communication of EU Delegation to Timor-Leste

Eurosupport is supporting the EU Delegation in Timor-Leste to strengthen its visibility and position the EU as a key development partner in the country.

The project focuses on:

  • Designing and delivering large-scale public awareness campaigns
  • Promoting EU-supported success stories and development impact through engaging human-interest content
  • Enhancing understanding of EU priorities, including the Global Gateway strategy

Our work helps increase awareness, trust, and recognition of the EU’s role in Timor-Leste’s development, strengthening its image as a trusted partner among key national audiences.

Eurosupport leads a consortium of 9 European firms delivering technical assistance under the EU’s Policy Support Facility to strengthen trade relations with strategic partner countries worldwide.

The project focused on:

  • Providing expert policy advice to EU institutions and partner governments
  • Supporting EU free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations and implementation
  • Enhancing market access and business opportunities for EU companies
  • Promoting sustainable trade, corporate responsibility, and labour standards
  • Addressing trade barriers and strengthening Market Access Teams globally

Eurosupport implemented targeted assignments worldwide, reinforcing the EU’s global economic presence and advancing strategic trade priorities.
